Service Terms and Conditions

These Service Terms & Conditions (“Service Terms”) apply to all coaching and related services provided by FlourishWell Coaching.
1. Services
We offer individual coaching, group coaching, workshops, and digital resources. Services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
2. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received (unless otherwise agreed).

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
3. Fees & Payment

Fees are confirmed before booking.

Payments are taken securely via approved platforms.

Services may be paused if payments are outstanding.
4. Confidentiality

Information shared in sessions is confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Records are kept securely and retained only as required by law.
5. Client Responsibilities

Coaching requires your active participation. Results depend on your engagement.

You confirm you are fit to take part and will seek medical support where appropriate.
6. Refunds

Live coaching refunds are discretionary and must be requested promptly.

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is for personal growth and guidance, not medical advice.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Termination
Either party may end services with written notice. Prepaid fees may be forfeited if services are ended early.
9. Governing Law
These Service Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
